forever 21, forever friends

Yo, its finally over...my bday has past with nothing special happened but having the accompany of family is the most precious thing. i must appreciate the time spending with family because not so long from now, I will be going off and might not be seeing them in like 2 years time, OMG...whenever i thought of this my tears would be running in my eyes...

also, not forgetting to thank all the beloved friends who hav wished me through sms, msn or facebook or even my blog here, you guys are the best!! seriously i meant...because im really not a good bday's rememberer...pls forgive me if i have forgotten to wish u on your bday, hehe PAISEH la....

I felt very happy when i received this sweet courier from australia, from the one who stays a very important place in my heart, all his cares and loves.....overwhelm me even we are so far apart, thank you likko (shy shy shy....>_<)

i looked so fat in this autumn/winter jacket, do i? hmm...i think its the size of the jacket too big la...

Past friday, me and my friends went to our secondary school, UHS to have lunch, it really brought back lots of our sweet memories during the secondary school. Teachers seemed still the same, never get older...but the feeling of talking to them has totally changed. Last time we always tried to being a good girl infront of them, cudnt speak out our thoughts freely and have to be self-discipline. But that day, we were having a lengthy and deep talk with Pn. Luar!! people who know Pn. Luar (neh...the one who taught add. math) would definitely know that she is a strict teacher, but she was totally different from the pn. Luar that we know 4 years ago!! She even made fun of hooi shan, making lame jokes and being more like an old friend than a teacher to us!! i seriously love this feeling...it was like an old friend gathering, haha

After lunching at union, we went to Denise's house which is so so far away from georgetown, we took about half an hour or more to reach Balik Pulau. She told me before that her house is in the malay kampung, now i totally believed after seeing it! Anyway, eventhough the house is so remote, but i've totally being amazed by the design of her house. Her dad was the "interior and exterior designer" of the house, he decorated the house with all his antique collections...its old but it brings out the heritage feeling of the house. There are themes allocated for each bedroom which looks nice and seems comfortable to stay in, especially the japanese style one. There are ponds too in the house, that seriously added an extra credits to the overall flow of the house! yea, how should i describe...its so CLOSE TO THE NATURE...

Oh Juliana was ter-catched in the picture.

Another pond in the house...love this one!!

Then, Denise, Hooishan and Juliana gave me my bday pressie while we were at her house. It was hooishan's order to have everyone's hands on the present box and hand it to me. wuahha...so i took this picture down.

they looked so cute and so funny!

This is what inside the box...one nice and big handmade bday card, one sand bottle with messages, one [whats that called] erm...ear protector to keep the ear hot during winter, one penang tourism shirt, one winter glove...thanks you you guys alot alot. i'll bring it all to uk and remembering all of you when i use it!!

and this design below by Juliana is so creative wei~~ mang xiao xiao, our future interior designer!

Lastly, i would like to thank all of you who have been such a great friend to me, Friends Forever and a Forever 21 for myself!

Official launching of my blog!

Hello everyone!!! Hey you, and you...and you...yes you!!! You are reading my blog, yea its me its me I'm SiuSien! Finally I've got my own blog, I will take this blog seriously, at least I wont abandon it or leaving it accumulated with dust like how I treated my Friendster's blog. Actually the purpose of me creating this blog is to post photos and write things about myself during my time in the UK. As my dad is an old yet modern dad, haha~~ guess what he surfs the net everyday and update himself from the internet, so I was having this idea of blogging so my dad and my family can always keep track of things happen around me through this blog.

All these while I've not been able to update my stuff in the internet because I was staying in the jungle!!! Yea, university of Nottingham in Semenyih is so much appropriate to be described as a jungle...fulled of palm trees, insects, animals eg. snakes, ducks...

University of Nottingham in Semenyih is surrounded by oil palm estate, the big lake is the trade mark of uni of nott. By the way, the picture is not an updated picture.

And the nottingham's ducks, they are almost like the famous stars in the campus, students in the campus seemed very interested in the number of ducks we have in the lake. It was 7 ducks initially when I first came to the university, and as time passed, the number has gradually increased and now its more than 15 already!!!

Ducks feeding on valentine's day, the first and the only time. Thanks Pek San for layaning me

I've been enjoying these 2 years spending time with my friends, especially my housemate Diana Song, Pek San, Chien Hui and Yoke Kim who have been so nice to me. Million of thanks to you guys for everything that you've done for me. Thanks for bearing with me for anything that I've done which might have made you behsong...Diana Beh Song...wuahaha

Okla, I donno what else I want to say, I'll try to be a good blogger who keep updating the blog always, not only that, but write some interesting stuffs which would attract your interest. I'll try my very best la k, please continue to be my reader if I dont bore you to death....hahah

wait wait, did i say I'm going to uk?!! yes yes, its real! I will be going to Nottingham on the 22nd of July, to continue my 3rd and 4th year of studies there. In case you've forgotten, I'm studying Pharmacy now...Hopefully after finally year, I will be able to get pre-registration training in the UK, so then I will be able to register as a Pharmacist!!! I'm so looking forward to my life in the UK...I wonder how would it be...and I'm so looking forward to meet my friend Xin Yun in Ireland after my summer placement!
